Terms of Service

Draft — this text describes how the product actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and doesn't yet name the company that operates the service.
What the service does
UnfollowerTracker reads data exports that Instagram, Threads and TikTok give you, and shows you lists made from them: who you follow that doesn't follow you back, who follows you that you don't follow, your mutuals, and — when you compare two exports — who appears in one and not the other. It only displays information. It never logs in to, posts on, follows or unfollows anything on any platform.
Use your own exports
Only add exports of accounts you own or manage. Use the lists for managing those accounts, not to harass, track or contact the people in them.
Accuracy
Results are only as complete as the export. An export that doesn't cover “All time”, or that leaves out followers and following, gives incomplete results. An account listed as having unfollowed you may have been deactivated, deleted or renamed instead. Results are not live and do not update by themselves.
Plans and billing
Checking an export is free. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
Not affiliated
UnfollowerTracker is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Threads or TikTok. Those names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which exports we read.
